# How to Cancel your Community

Community Owners, are you thinking about cancelling your community? To complete this process, please view the information below.

Before proceeding, please make sure your situation fits under the "When Should I Cancel my Community" options listed below. Otherwise, cancelling your community may not be the best option for you.

**When Should I Cancel my Community?**

* You have purchased another community, and don't want two with the same information
* You have moved on from this community
* Any other case where you can confirm you will never again need your community data

**Who Can Request a Cancellation for a Community?**

Only the "Full Owner" - meaning the user that originally purchased the community and retains 100% ownership of the system. The "Full Owner" is the only capable "Owner" of the community that is able to cancel a community.

**How to Request a Community Cancellation?**

Please follow these steps carefully, to ensure a quick and smooth process.

1. Go to the [AMC](https://therocketcad.com/amc)
2. Select the community you wish to cancel
3. Click Billing Center
4. Click Cancel Community
5. Fill out the information and acknowledge that the community will be cancelled
6. Well done! Your community has been cancelled
